it was located in a beautiful area so close to the lake as well as boats going up-and-down the river,.

Located in a beautiful area, this hotel offers a stunning view of the lake, with boats going up and down the river which can come out of nowhere. the convenience of a nearby grocery store makes it easy to stock up on essentials. There is also a safe beach within walking distance where guests can enjoy swimming in the lake.
The lack of signage warning of the danger of swimming from the slippy steps to the lake can be a concern for families with young children.

My wife and I stayed at Les Libellules for a few nights to celebrate our anniversary. The 1BR loft apartment on the top floor was perfect for us. The view of Lake Annecy and the mountains from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment itself was beautifully furnished with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. Beatrice, the manager, was delightful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. The location was convenient, with a bakery and supermarket nearby. We also loved being able to swim in the lake. a fantastic experience.

We loved the spacious and modern apartment with a stunning terrace overlooking the lake. the host, Sophie, was very welcoming and gave us great information about the area and restaurant recommendations. the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. the wifi was excellent, and the location was perfect for accessing the lake and the nearby cycle path. Renting bikes was a must and made getting around easy. Nearby, there were also a food shop and bakery, making it convenient for our family with children.
Felt super comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

The facilities at the hotel were great and well set up. the location was really convenient, with direct access to the lake and a nearby cycle path that made it easy to explore the area. I also loved the stunning view from the apartment balcony, overlooking the lake and the mountains.
There were a few minor issues that could be improved upon. it would have been nice to have air conditioning in the apartment, as it got quite hot during the day.
